What's up??

A fugitive in Des Moines approached a cop, asked him "What's up?" twice, and when the cop politely responded with a "What's up?" both times, said "I'll show you what's up," pulled a .38 on him, and got himself arrested on (you guessed it) possession of crack cocaine in addition to the obvious weapons charges.
